Time Out says

Visitors aged 11 and over are invited to take inspiration from the Imperial War Museum's 'Fashion on the Ration' exhibition to design their own colourful scarf to make and take home. They'll find out more about the political messages in patterns inspired by propaganda and see how fashions developed despite the limiting nature of the war. No booking is required and the workshops are included in the price of admission.
