For this popular event in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital the park is transformed into a blend of Neverland and JM Barrie's London, complete with pirates, fairies, Red Indians, Victorian nursemaids, penny farthings and a steam fair. Children, who are encouraged to attend in fancy dress, receive a a treasure map which leads them on an exploration of the gardens. Take a picnic and enjoy activities such as arts and crafts and storytelling, some of which incur a nominal extra charge.
