Youth dance companies including Khronos, Far from the Norm, Cando2 and The Place's junior dance company Shuffle present new works to music chosen by Richard Alston, Russell Maliphant and others. Prior to the performances Essential Alston (age 14-19) and Zoonation (age 9-13) hold taster workshops.
