As part of the Dukes Meadows Summer Fun events programme, kids can get fit in this lively session set to a soundtrack of nursery rhyme classics and the latest pop songs, accompanied by a variety of props and musical instruments. Age 4 months to 5 years but parents are welcome to join in. There's a café and farmers' market nearby for replacing energy burned off.
