Casting an eye back to feminism in the 1970s, this exhibition celebrates 40 years of the Women's Liberation Movement. The show aims to challenge accepted stereotypes associated with Women's Lib ñ burning bras and wearing dungarees ñ and identify the lasting legacy of a social movement that gave us the slogan 'The personal is political' and campaigned for equal pay, education and opportunities and free contraception. Posters, leaflets and films including interviews exploring contemporary attitudes to the movement make up the exhibition.
