Art production company Electroboutique (Russian artists Alexei Shulgin and Aristarkh Chernyshev) showcases work produced over the past seven years along with new pieces made for the Science Museum. The artists encourage participation through what they describe as 'creative consumption'. Objects on show include the 'Wowpod', which interacts with mp3 files, videos and podcasts on visitors' iPods and 'Artlet', which enables visitors to select a variety of images and objects to create a mash-up virtual art work. Electroboutique's work is shown alongside technological milestones, including the first Apple computer, early telephones, TVs and gadgets.
