Time Out says Rate it

Inaugurating the new galleries at the revamped and renamed museum is this retrospective of Chatto, one of the country's most respected horticulturalists whose garden near Colchester, Essex, is famous for its gravel garden, which relies on a scheme of draught-tolerant evergreens and evergreys, grasses and bulbs and has never been watered since its creation in the early 1990s. The exhibition looks at Chatto's subtle approach to garden design through photographs and paintings and also explores her interest in music and architecture.
