  • On a clear day the world's largest observation wheel offers views as far as Windsor Castle, 25 miles away. There are a number of flight options, for instance you could combine your flight with a river cruise, take a champagne flight (£29.50) or book a private capsule or book a private capsule (£390, £440 Nov 26-Dec 21; ring 0870 220 2223). Booking is advised but a number of tickets are held back for same-day sale on site, so it may be worth turning up and taking pot luck if you haven't booked although weekends and school holidays tend to sell out in advance. Disabled visitors and wheelchair users should ring to pre-book a ticket. Discover Flights, which include a guide for those not familiar with London, are available in English, French, German, Spanish or Russian (£18, children £9).

The price for a single ticket bought when you are there is not stated? or is that the standard price, £18 which I think is a litle pricey.
