I Had the best time at the Tent Fair. Troy Abbott's Digital Birdcages were "BRILLIANT"
i went to at least 10 galleries yesterday including Tent London (Brick Lane) around East London and Central London. I was abit disappointed on the number of exhibits at Tent for the £10 entry price (free if you booked early) but there was some really good pieces in there. I particularly liked the interactive ones (you also get to scan your face and its posted on the web) or the mirror-style piece which projects a constellation of stars rather than a realistic image. Also go to see the Corian exibition [06 East in Design Guide]. The Heatherwick extrusions (Burlington Gardens in Central London) were also amazing especially when you read about how he made them.I hope to be going to see a couple more when my legs recover from all the walking! Had an enjoyable day.
went there today.. amazing
