The Musical Museum's collection in a converted church contains one of the world's foremost collections of automatic musical instruments including tiny clockwork music boxes, reproducing pianos and spooky orchestrions, and 30,000 historic musical rolls. The collection embraces an impressive array of sophisticated pianolas, cranky barrel organs, violin players and the self-playing Mighty Wurlitzer. There is also a 230-seat concert hall and orchestra pit from which a Wurlitzer console rises as it used to in the cinemas of the 1930s. The Musical Museum's coffee shop overlooks the river, making for a nice location to stop for a cuppa. Please note: the museum is closed on June 4 and 5.

Things to do, Ballroom and Latin
The Mighty Wurlitzer provides the tunes for this social afternoon of ballroom, Latin and sequence dancing. All levels are welcome and you don’t need a partner to join in the fun.
Things to do
The museum celebrates 50 years in Brentford by demonstrating many of the musical instruments in its collection including, of course, the Might Wurlitzer cinema organ.
