Time Out says

The philosophy and culture festival is back on Hampstead Heath this summer

Festivals aren't all muddy wellies and EDM, you know. We're lucky enough in the Capital to get a whole load of different fezzis, from comedy to arts and culture. See: HowTheLightGetsIn, a festival of music and philosophy which is classy, sure, but is actually really fun too. Tackle theories, science and political ideas with a glass of wine in hand, and hear from some top dogs.

It's found at Kenwood House on Hampstead Heath, and features an eclectic programme of thought-provoking discussion and debate from various creative minds, performance, film, comedy, poetry and music, with some big names from a lot of different worlds rubbing shoulders. A multi-faceted gem.

This year's line up includes headline speakers Alastair Campbell, David Baddiel and Carol Gilligan, but there's music acts promised too. They haven't been announced just yet, but previously they had Laura Marling and Belle and Sebastian, so we have high hopes.
