Over 12 years, Rock En Seine has built a reputation for big-name bands, and has also entered rock history as the place where Oasis split up. This year, another impressive line-up already boasts block rockin' duo The Chemical Brothers, scruffy indie heroes The Libertines, psychedelic-popsters Tame Impala and UK punk-pop dudes The Offspring, plus many more. The festival's name, by the way, is a pun on the French phrase 'en scène' ('on stage') rather than 'insane' – but feel free to go totally nuts regardless.
