'Morning Dew' became one of the greatest pieces of ’60s folk music when it was recorded by this Canadian singer, going on to be covered by the likes of The Grateful Dead. Dobson stopped performing 20 years after moving to London in 1969, but appears to be back for good now after being persuaded by Jarvis Cocker to play his Meltdown festival in 2007. London's folk scene is all the better for her return.
