Emmylou Harris/Rodney Crowell

Critics' choice
She's a peerless American songbird who famously collaborated with Gram Parsons, and has worked across country and folk rock without sacrificing her credibility or creative persona. He's a one-time New Traditionalist (and an ex of Rosanne Cash) who plays roots music with a country heart and a rock 'n' roll disposition. They play together following the release of 'Old Yellow Moon' (Mar 4), a duets album which is their first collaboration since Crowell played in Harris's band in the 1970s. This should be something special.
