Richard Butler's razor-edged, post-punk melodicists - best known for the sugary rerecording of 'Pretty In Pink' which bumped up their profile by being used on the soundtrack to 'The Breakfast Club' - return. They had numerous far better, groovily noir-ish and arty songs than that, however, most of which are on their self-titled debut album and its follow-up, 'Talk Talk Talk'.
