Wayne Coyne's long-running post-grungers cum psychedelic pop nutjobs here tote their brand new album, 'Embryonic', which shows them holding back on the recently increasing sugared whimsy in favour of a laudable rawness and directness, and a slight return to their '60s/'70s psych-rock influences. In support, Coyne's nephew, Dennis fronts SAWD, plying not radically dissimilar space rock, albeit with a country-rock edge. Second of two nights
