US hard bop vibes veteran Hutcherson has added his mellifluous mallet work to many classics on the Blue Note label, alongside such greats as Eric Dolphy, Andrew Hill, Joe Henderson and Freddie Hubbard. He remains a vital player and still delivers mesmerising, percussive solos. Second of two nights.
