Adventurous Austrian composer/percussionist Ligeti is a widey travelled musician who effortlessly combines sounds from CÙte d'Ivoire, Egypt and Zimbabwe with modern classical/jazz works. The USP here is his intricate use of electronics, as he performs astonishing percussive improvisations on solo electronic marimba.
