Time Out says

A modern day bass hero/producer best known for his patented virtuoso slap style, Miller first rose to global acclaim as Miles Davis' right hand man for the last nine years of the iconic trumpeter's life. Here he revisits their most successful album, the deeply bluesy funk-fuelled gem 'Tutu' with help from bright young trumpet star Christian Scott. Support comes from frenetic drummer/pianist Husband and his fine post-bop band.
