Bass guitar-led, Weather Report-inspired fusion from talented twentysomething bassist CM-G who launches his fine new album 'Mr Ears' with a heavyweight band including fusion-funk tenorist Woods and award-winning keyboardist Downes. Bringing back some authentic '70s analogue synth sounds this is a great band in the making. Keyboardist Nicholl's supports with his improv quartet featuring James Allsopp on tenor sax and bass clarinet.
