Texan trio-turned-quartet offer their twisted but max rockin' blend of grubby rawk, clattering noise, psychedelic soul and (im)pure Texan scuzz, as on terrific debut album 'Workout Vacation' and DFA-leaning follow-up 'Fits'. Tonight they proffer tracks from their third LP 'D', which takes on a countrified and choogling, Southern prog rawk bent, with notes of Afrobeat, which they'll undoubtedly play with their usual ferocious exactitude and awesome energy.
