  • Post-jazz band Portico Quartet play accessible groove-based pieces referencing modern jazz via Phillip Glass and Steve Reich, they feature a UFO-shaped 'hang' percussion instrument - played by Duncan Bellamy and Nick Mulvey - while alto/soprano saxophonist Jack Wylie's creates enchanting floating melodies with bassist Milo Fitzpatrick holding down this alluring new brew. Suppport comes from rising electronica stars TTT led by composer/producer Tom Rogerson and Fyfe 'Guillemots' Dangerfield's burgeoning free jazz project featuring Klinker faves Alex J Ward, Christopher Cundy, Dominic Lash and Steve Noble.
