The first musical event in the inaugural London Word Festival sees legendary New York poet Williams – star of the leftfield spoken word scene and of the movie 'Slam' – join with witty electro-pop wordsmiths Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip and Birmingham MC Polar Bear (not to be confused with the jazz group). With a rumbling baritone and commanding performance style, Williams released his debut album in 2001 and is currently plugging his first for three years, 'The Inevitable Rise And Liberation Of Niggy Tardust', which was produced by Trent Reznor.
