Politicised jazz and musical cabaret chansonnier, probably best known of late for her recasting of classic gospel and blues songs, launches her brand new album, 'Just Like A Woman', a tribute to Nina Simone. Joining her are pianist Jenny Carr and multi-instrumentalist Jessica Lauren (organ, harmonica, autoharp, percussion… you name it). Two shows tonight.
