Countrified pop-rock fit for a California highway

American singer-songwriter Lissie has toured with Lenny Kravitz and featured on a Snow Patrol album, but her career high so far must surely be her soundtracking a Twinings ad with a cover of Fleetwood Mac's 'Go Your Own Way'. She actually sounds quite a bit like Stevie Nicks, and her own melodramatic, countrified pop-rock songs have a definite smack of the Mac in their ’80s incarnation. If you find yourself regularly driving through California late at night with tears in your eyes, this is for you.

I think the reviewer should have seen her performance last night. One of the best live vocalists I have ever seen! Absolutely wonderful gig.
