Incredible. Decor is stylish but fun (and who couldn't love a toilet papered in pictures of Billie Holiday?), music is smooth jazz and blues, service is excellent. But the food is the number one reason to go here: French-Malay cuisine, sophisticated cooking with a kick. Lots of ginger, lime, coconut and chilli (perfect for me). Well-made cocktails to finish and/or start the meal too. Didn't stay for the resident jazz trio but will do the next time I'm here. 4*s instead of 5 - wine was a little pricey, and the restaurant was empty for most of the night. Still, can't hold thst against a new place and will be going back asap, and recommending it to everyone I know!
