Time Out says

A major musical force in the ’60s, Sloan wrote the establishment-baiting hit song 'Eve of Destruction' for Barry McGuire, before attempting a solo career and then disappearing for a few decades. He returned to recording in 2005, and arrives in London tonight not only to play some of his songs but also to launch his new memoir 'What's Exactly the Matter With Me?'. Sloan will be joined on stage by London singer Rumer, who covered the Jimmy Webb tribute song 'PF Sloan' in 2012.
