The original version, a lovely little acid-fried ballad, is great but somewhat static – it seems to hang in the air like joss-stick smoke on a hot, still day. The DFA mix gives the track some much needed topography, and while it still won’t fill a dancefloor, it makes a perfect picnic anthem.
