  • Despite the title, there’s nothing remotely cheap or crass about Dani Siciliano’s second album. Rather, it’s a sophisticated, but playful and seemingly effortless skate through house, electronica and nu-disco, flecked with blues, pop and even (a first for her) country, although Siciliano’s approach means the ‘post’ prefix stands before them all. An adventurousness and interest in sounds per se is clearly evident and what helps marks this light, bright and elegant affair out from the vocal-led micro-house pack.
