Having made waves with his beats-driven electro, Fink disappeared into his cocoon for a few years. Now, finally, he has emerged a completely different beast. Turns out Fink’s a far more soulful chap than his machine music let on; his colourful stories of missed chances, seduction, ambition and regret are told with vivid cinematic colour. The singer-songwriter makeover suits him well.
