American trumpeter Theo Croker is a fast rising star on the jazz scene – his performances with Dee Dee Bridgewater at last year’s EFG London Jazz Festival were stunning. Here he returns to London under his own name, leading his band featuring saxophonist Anthony Ware, keyboardist Michael King, bassist Eric Wheeler and drummer Kassa Overall. Serious chops all round.
