I don't often leave reviews but I felt I had to after I had such a wicked night out! Have not laughed that much in a long time.. Cheese room was my favorite! Friendly staff and the drinks are very reasonably priced!
I can't wait for my next night out.
Really good club! Loved the comedy so much we stayed on for the club and were given 2 for 1 vouchers and all the staff were awesome and helpful when we spoke to them. Would highly recommend!
I came down recently to watch comedy. I used to go years ago, but the show's weren't great. The new comedy concept they have with Manford's Comedy is amazing. We all had such a laugh and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff in particular were very helpful and friendly.
There are some great £1.50 drink deals before midnight. And we got in free before them as well. All the staff were cool and helpful! They look like they are having a good time and we had some banter while I was being served! It's nice to see some staff in a club that is up for a laugh and seems to be enjoying their job for a change! Both DJ's were great and had a good wide range of music. At the end of the night the staff got everyone out ASAP and even took time to direct people to taxis and/or a bus stop, which I found very helpful! I will be back again with out a doubt!
It used to be a great club. Now just another expensive and unattractive place in the Wimbs. Don't waste your time.
I think the exact opposite these guys always go for a more discerning customer and I can only assume the Lady (it appears to be written with a feminine touch) who has no name must be an "undesirable" I say keep them out........ the country is already going to the dogs and there is the Wimbledon Dog Track for her sort :)
I've never written a review for a place before, good or bad, but I felt compelled to write this one because I have never been so appalled by a club in my entire life. I have tried several times to consider that my bad experiences have been a 'one off' at this place, but after a 3rd time trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, I can't anymore. Don't get me wrong, once you're inside, it's all good, but the door staff are so rude and obnoxious that your night is pretty much already ruined. Maybe it's because it's after midnight and they presume everyone is drunk and needs to be patronised like a child, or maybe it's because it's a prerequisite to have zero tact, but I have never been so disgusted by the way they speak to their customers, and I wasn't even one of the unruly patrons giving them a reason to be rude. I can't imagine how bad it would be if I was. It doesn't surprise me that nobody I've spoken to has a glowing review of this place, so take my advice if it means anything, and avoid it if you can. It's not worth the long walk along the Broadway to then stand in a queue for ages to have your night ruined even further. The guys at the door are a bunch of loutish barbarians, and I was completely astounded by the social ineptitude displayed by the women inside. Needless to say, even if you get in for free, it's not worth the entrance fee and we only stayed for one drink and promptly left.
