  • March 2006
On March 29, we were proud to present another rising star for 2006, Plan B . More than just a cockney Eminem, or an X-rated Mike Skinner, this London MC was armed with lyrics like urban poetry, a mordant wit, a strong dose of inner-city pathos, and impressive guitar skills to boot. Supporting him was C-mone. One-quarter of Notts supercrew Outdaville, this talented ‘femme c’ has already recorded alongside Estelle, The Streets and UK hip hop spearheads Sway and Klashnekoff, and she is set to rocket into the public consciousness for the intelligent lyricism of her forthcoming debut ‘The Butterfly Effect’.

I was there. He's a pretty angry guy Plan B - but i think it's just for show. What he did with Prodigy's 'No Good' was well clever and he's not short of braincells - you try making it as a white rapper with a guitar!
