Aurora Orchestra: Echoes of Bach

The principal players of the Aurora Orchestra perform a selection of Bach's fugues from the 'Well-Tempered Clavier', BWV 846-893 (arr Mozart); Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue in D minor, BWV 903 (arr Kodaly); Chorale Prelude for Organ (transcr. for piano - arr Busoni); Busoni's Movement IV from the Violin Sonata No 2 in E minor, Op 36a; and Schnittke's Piano Quintet (1976).
