Beethoven Cycle: Symphony No 9 ('Choral')

The West-Eastern Divan Orchestra and National Youth Choir of Great Britain under Daniel Barenboim perform Beethoven's Symphony No 9 in D minor ('Choral'). With soprano Anna Samuil, mezzo-soprano Waltraud Meier, tenor Peter Seiffert and bass René Pape. (Note: at 4.45pm there is a Proms Plus event at the Royal College of Music.)
