(The suite from Poulenc's ballet Les animaux modèles is interspersed with readings of Jean de la Fontaine's fables, in English, by Stephen Mangan. Ravel's opera 'L'enfant et les sortilèges' is presented in a unique production devised by Jean-Baptiste Barrière, in which the singers' faces are filmed and mixed live with digital animations projected onto a screen above the orchestra.
