The annual feast of classical music is upon us once again, and from July 17 the BBC Proms will be bringing 100 concerts and a host of extra events to west London. It's set to be a packed eight weeks and this site is here to help you navigate what's on offer. We've got all the essential information, an at-a-glance Proms planner, and we'll be posting our critics' recommendations, features and interviews throughout the season

About the Proms
Each year the BBC's classical music festival takes over London's Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall, as well as other venues in Kensington. This year there are 100 concerts (at least one a day) and a host of extra events – talks, films, family events and much more – over eight weeks between July and September. Read more
Proms in the Park
Proms in the Park brings the magic of the Last Night of the Proms to audiences around the country, with events this year in County Down, Glasgow, London, Salford and Swansea. Each event is centred around a live concert with high-profile artists and presenters, culminating in a live BBC Big Screen link-up to the Royal Albert Hall. So gather together your friends, pack a picnic and get ready for a fabulous night out!
