Alquimia

Mediterranean cuisine is the name of the game at Alquimia, a relaxed Putney boite with heaps of Spanish kitchen cred. Having honed his skills at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain, head chef Sergio Ferrari specialises in tapas both hot and cold.

Those tapas options - think boquerones, red tuna tartar, pimientos padron and gambas al ajillo - feature alongside mains including mixed paella, cuttlefish with ink black rice, iberico pork pluma and rabo de toro - caramelised oxtail with cocoa sauce and truffled potatoes.
