Baity Kitchen (Baity meaning “my home” in Arabic) is all about atmosphere and great food with no typical Chelsea frills. The menus are inspired by Joudie’s Palestininan background and Mediterranean chef training in restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay’s Pengelleys, Daphnes and Papillon. So there will always be an element of modern British and French cuisine with a twist. Using fresh and seasonal ingredients from the best suppliers in the country, Balty Kitchen will be serving breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and dinner, all available to take home. The essence of Baity Kitchen is to create a ‘home away from home’ venue, where customers feel like they are eating at their mother’s kitchen table. A collection of traditional meals passed down from generations will be enriched with a creative modern twist; meals customers can just as easily take home and enjoy! Finally, as well all need to do our bit for the environment Baity Kitchen only uses disposable packaging products that are biodegradable.
