Following on from his success in Hong Kong, Alvin Leung is back in UK to showing his 'X-treme Chinese cuisine' in Mayfair. Expect the likes of cod with saffron miso, Sauternes and seaweed or 'Iberico 36' (with morels, vermicelli and gazpacho), plus new specialities inspired by the UK's larder. Opens December 6 for dinner, and December 12 for lunch and dinner. Nice video here.
