Time Out says

This Hammersmith restaurant and bar pays culinary homage to the hakka people living in what today is Mumbai. They made their way from China to settle in Bombay, influencing the food there and allowing it to influence their own.

Thus Indo-Chinese dishes feature most prominently on the menu, with options including man chow soup, kung pao potato, pepper chilli paneer and hakka chicken - a classic fusion dish of boneless chicken with chilli, garlic and soy. Traditional Chinese dishes also feature - think szechuan chicken, beef with oyster sauce or lamb in black bean sauce.

A short wine list leans on the old world, with four of the bottles available by the glass. Beers follow the restaurant's theme, with Kingfisher and Cobra alongside Tsingtao.
