There’s a scientific theme at play here, with staff in lab coats, chemistry sets
on display, and a high-tech machine for shaking the drinks. Bubbleology’s big, chewy bubbles are a paragon of the art, though we weren’t enamoured with the taste of our drinks. Flavours range from simple assam and jasmine teas to taro, almond and kumquat.
