Cantaloupe

From the minute arriving here, it is a bar NOT a restaurant. While at the bar, someone's food order was missed and there was no one to be seen in the kitchen when the bartender went to enquire....we should have stuck with our gut feelings from this and not eaten here. After that when we sat down, a wrong bottle of wine was brought, food was not of any decent standard. The mussels and lamb steak we had were decidedly average. The service was long to be desired and when it came to getting the bill, it took 4 times for them to get it right. My opinion, go there for a beer, and leave it at that. Its a bar, NOT a restaurant.

Had a lovely time here with really friendly staff. Lovely food - pigeon main that was lovely lovely. Good mix of restaurant and pub - tasty nice stuff happening. Well done.

What a great place!!!!!! Fantastic food, service was outstanding....can't wait until I'm back in London next month, to come and dine here. Will definately be recommending Cantaloupe to friends.
