Despite the capacious dimensions of the CBC’s green-walled dining room, most customers cram on to the pavement in warm weather, peeking at the Carnaby Street bustle around the corner. Get down early if you want to grab one of these plum spots.
There's a lot more to this place than the name implies. In addition to the burgers there are healthy salads, pasta dishes, racks of ribs, nachos, chilli beef tacos, hot dogs, 'gourmet' fries and steak sandwiches. Plenty of choice, then.
But if you want a burger? Well there's plenty on offer there, too. The beef options include a 'classic' (rump patty with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion), a 'smokehouse BBQ' (with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and barbecue sauce) and one with guacamole and bacon. Chicken burgers are also available.
