I am Peruvian and I love this place, truly a gem in Soho. If you go, you must try Don Ceviche or Barranco I love you, there is an amazing salmon ceviche too. The lomo saltado is mouth watering and the anticuchos too. Don't leave the place without trying a lucuma ice cream and a pisco sour! Just one thing to our friends in Time Out... Peru is in South America and not North America. (!!)

This Peruvian bar and restaurant is the place to pay homage to the Peruvian spirit and national drink, pisco. Pisco is a type of colourless brandy diluted from grapes that mixes well into cocktails, such as the classic pisco sour, which is made with egg white; the version here is the best in London.
Other pisco cocktails include the chica sour, which has an unusual clove aroma, plus there are shots of pisco flavoured with various infusions. Be warned that this is a small bar: very jolly but also very busy because of its prime location in the centre of Soho.
