excellant service and the tea is brilliant you must try it! the interior design of the whole cafe is very well done (thumbs up)

Went there today for lunch with my kids. I asked for a hot chocolate without froth, it arrived covered in it. My daughter asked for a paninni without any sauce, it came with mayo. We asked for extra napkins (we were only given 2 between 4 people) they never arrived. We were sat outside with a promise to find an inside table. Once sat we were ignored and just left in the cold. I complained to a member of staff who said she's speak to her manager who didn't bother to come and talk with us. Needless to say I won't be returning.
