  • Didn't get served at the bar. Food orders were incomplete. No care at all. Worst service ever. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. My friends visiting from abroad were mocked for their accents. Shocked and appalled!

  • Food is fine, but service bites. Plus, if you are over 30 or enjoying hearing yourself think while eating, this might not be the place for you. Arrived to a full restaurant, and after being told that there would be a table available in a moment we were ushered to a small bar where we were promptly ignored completely by a guy standing 1/2 a foot in front of us who was seemingly doing nothing. Finally after being sorted out with a drink by the one person in the whole restaurant who seemed to have a care for her job, we were seated, with a waiter taking our drinks and appetizer orders. Drinks arrived but we had to ask three times for a bottle of water which never arrived. Appetizers also only emerged after we asked after them ("oh yeah, those should have arrived by now"). The music was so loud that we could barely hear one another talk. Knowing that this seems to be the standard in many London establishments these days, we requested very politely that they lower the volume a little since the speaker was right over our heads. This produced minimal reduction, to have the music be pumped up again at the next song. We had to ask three times (again) before a result was produced. As we were leaving , before we even made it out the door, the music was turned back up to a volume above its original level. As if to say 'good bye and good riddance'. This is after we spent a fair bit of dough on marginally acceptable food and were charged 15% service for the pleasure of being made to feel like old fogies. Won't be back

  • All I can say is steer clear. The food was good, the drinks are well made. After I shook the owners hand to thank him (and to get his name to complaine about his rudeness to the manager only to be told & shocked as he was the owner) he SLAMMED THE GLASS DOOR so hard behind us as we left it shook. What kind of person runs their business like that? Even his staff were shocked at his behavour. We spent alot of money in there last night, the place was not full, infact other friend arrived during the night and got another table no problem. When he came around earlyer to say he needed us to move upstairs, he didn't say that. What he did say was "come on get out" I thought he was a waiter and told him we were finishing our drinks and that should be ok as we had spent alot of money, ten mins later as we were standing and making out move to go he told us "out, or I'm throwing you out". We're we're a group of 7 well dresses 20 odd year old women, I mean who talks like that to customers. My friend then went to complaine about him there and then only to be told he was the owner Shocking behavour. STAY FAR AWAY. There are better places to eat!

  • Booked our office Christmas party here at very late notice after hearing good things about this place from friends. We had SUCH and awesome time, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere spot-on! We were 11 people and considering the volume of delicious Margarita's we consumed the bill was very reasonable too!!

  • If their food is as bad as their ethics I strongly recomend you don't go there. I booked our office christmas party in their private room, well in advance of christmas. I offered them a deposit but was told no need and that everything was in place, six weeks later I get a call to say they need their private room for a Tequila sponsor night. The manager said she tried to change the sponsor night but couldn't which left us without a place to go for our christmas party. I strongly disagree with this kind of behaviour it is unprofessional and unethical.
