    Tom Conran's take on a New York-style diner offers imaginative burgers, shakes and sundaes done very well. The space is cramped, but the waiters are pretty cool.

    A proper restaurant that specialises in burgers, made from top-quality beef, tuna, chicken etc. Served in a big ciabatta with proper bite and texture - or with no bun at all.
