Raw food isn't as big here as it is in New York and California - but with a plethora of raw food books about to hit the bookshops, who knows, it might begin to catch on. We can't guarantee raw food waiters who look like Samantha's boyfriend Smith from 'SATC', but there's plenty else on the menu to get your juices flowing.
