Why is this list so boring? Andrew Staffell has no imagination! I'm taking my boyfriend to Mien Tay Vietnamese on Kingsland Road. Sweet, friendly, romantic and CHEAP! £50 of gorgeous unusual food for 2 and it's a byo - and they are not fully booked!!
